📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Implement and manage our ERP platform, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on ERP system usage.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
• Develop and maintain documentation for ERP system processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with industry standards.
• Stay updated with the latest ERP technologies and industry trends.
• Participate in project planning and execution, contributing to the successful delivery of ERP initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP system implementation and management.
• Proficient in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Certifications in ERP systems (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate, Oracle ERP Cloud Specialist) are a plus.
• Strong understanding of database management and SQL.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of cloud-based ERP solutions is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
