📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and bake a variety of pastries and breads according to recipes and quality standards.
• Cook and prepare a range of dishes using fresh ingredients and following food safety guidelines.
• Operate espresso machines and brew a variety of coffee and tea beverages.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently at the front desk.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and high service standards.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in the F&B industry.
• Proven experience in baking, cooking, barista work, waiting, or cashier duties.
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Enthusiastic and passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences.
