Legal Counsel - Remote Work Opportunity in Bali

We are seeking a Legal Counsel to join our team and work remotely from the beautiful locations in Bali, Indonesia (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung). This role is exclusively open to Singapore citizens.

As a Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to the company, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will work closely with our management team to develop and implement legal strategies that protect our business interests. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide legal advice and support to the management team on a wide range of legal matters.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement legal strategies to protect the company's interests.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations.
• Stay updated with legal developments and industry trends.
• Provide training and guidance to other team members on legal matters.
• Ensure the company's legal policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore and Indonesian laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with legal software and tools such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
• Singapore citizenship.
