📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in developing and maintaining production schedules and plans.,Monitor production progress and identify potential bottlenecks.,Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.,Maintain accurate records of production data and reports.,Assist in improving production processes and implementing best practices.,Support the production manager in achieving production targets.,Assist in managing inventory and ensuring optimal stock levels.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production planning software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.,Proficiency in English is required.
