📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily production activities and ensure smooth operation of production lines.
• Manage and mentor a team of production operators, providing guidance and support.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of production targets.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections to maintain high standards of product quality.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with the production manager to identify areas for improvement and optimize production processes.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of raw materials.
• Document production activities and maintain accurate records for reporting purposes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the food manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and quality control standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO).
• Proficient in using production management software such as SAP or similar.
