As an Assistant Engineer, you will work closely with our team of experienced engineers to maintain and improve our track infrastructure. You will be using the latest tools and technologies, such as track geometry cars, rail grinding machines, and track maintenance software, to ensure that our tracks are safe, reliable, and efficient. With your expertise and dedication, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our rail operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct routine inspections of track infrastructure to identify any potential issues or maintenance needs.
• Perform track maintenance tasks, including track grinding, welding, and ballast cleaning, using specialized equipment and tools.
• Monitor and maintain track geometry, ensuring that it meets the required standards for safe and efficient train operations.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement maintenance schedules and strategies.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and track conditions using track maintenance software.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards for track infrastructure maintenance.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff and contractors.
• Participate in emergency response and recovery efforts to minimize downtime and ensure the safety of our operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in track infrastructure maintenance, preferably in a rail or transportation environment.
• Certification in track maintenance or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in using track maintenance software, such as Track Record or Rail Vision.
• Knowledge of track geometry principles and the ability to interpret track geometry data.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and under pressure.
