As an NPI Procurement Executive, you will be responsible for managing the entire procurement process from initial supplier identification to final delivery, ensuring that all products meet the required quality standards and are delivered on time. You will work closely with internal teams, including product development, engineering, and quality assurance, to understand the specific needs of each new product introduction. Your role will involve leveraging your extensive knowledge of procurement tools and software to optimize the sourcing process and drive cost savings.

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for new product introductions, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers for new products, leveraging market intelligence and procurement tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and develop effective procurement strategies.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships to ensure continuous improvement and cost savings.
• Utilize procurement software such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders on procurement activities and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on new product introductions.
• Proven track record in managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts.
• Strong understanding of procurement tools and software, such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus.
