📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the assigned floor, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage and mentor a team of housekeeping, guest service, and maintenance staff.
• Ensure all rooms and public areas are clean, well-maintained, and ready for guest arrival.
• Coordinate with the front desk and other departments to resolve guest concerns and issues promptly.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure the safety and security of guests and staff, and report any incidents to the appropriate authorities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a team and delivering exceptional service.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Familiarity with hotel management software such as PMS (Property Management System) and ERP systems.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in hospitality management a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively with both local and international guests.
