📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging and effective English lessons using a variety of teaching methods and resources.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students to express themselves and develop their language skills.
• Assess and evaluate student progress, providing feedback and support to help them improve.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure that our students receive a well-rounded education.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in education.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.
• Promote a safe and respectful learning environment, enforcing school policies and procedures as needed.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress and well-being.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English to children.
• Certification in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) or a similar teaching certification.
• Strong knowledge of English language and literature.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff.
