📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and food safety standards.
- Assist chefs in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
- Ensure all food is prepared and served on time to meet customer expectations.
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to prevent foodborne illnesses.
- Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.
- Participate in kitchen maintenance and cleaning tasks.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a fast-food or delivery setting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and procedures.
- Basic knowledge of Indonesian cuisine is a plus.
- Must be able to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.
