🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Formal training in music, with at least 2 years of teaching experience
- Certified in music education or related field
- Experience using real tools like Sibelius, Finale, or Notion
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Passionate about inspiring and educating young musicians
- Valid teaching license or equivalent certification
- Fluency in English and Indonesian
