As a Learning & Development Supervisor, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating leadership development programs that align with Erajaya's strategic goals. You will work closely with senior management to identify training needs, develop curriculum, and measure the effectiveness of training initiatives. Your expertise will be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous learning and development, empowering our employees to reach their full potential.

In this role, you will leverage your deep understanding of learning and development principles to create engaging and impactful training experiences. You will utilize industry-leading tools such as Moodle, LMS (Learning Management System), and Microsoft Teams to deliver training programs that are both effective and engaging. With a strong focus on data-driven decision-making, you will continuously seek to improve training outcomes and drive measurable results.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement leadership development programs that align with Erajaya's strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with senior management to identify training needs and develop curriculum.
• Utilize learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle to deliver engaging and effective training programs.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.
• Manage and mentor a team of trainers to ensure high-quality delivery of training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on leadership training.
• Certification in instructional design, training and development, or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing leadership development programs.
• Strong knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
