📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide trauma-informed counseling to children and families affected by abuse, neglect, or exploitation.
• Conduct child protection assessments using the Child Protection Assessment Tools (CPAT).
• Advocate for children’s rights and ensure their voices are heard in family court and other legal settings.
• Collaborate with social workers, law enforcement, and healthcare providers to coordinate care for vulnerable children.
• Educate and train community members on child protection and safety.
• Monitor and report on child protection cases, ensuring timely intervention and follow-up.
• Participate in team meetings and workshops to share best practices and learn from colleagues.
• Stay updated on child protection policies and regulations to provide informed guidance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in child protection or related fields.
• Certification in Child Protection or Trauma-Informed Care (TIC) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of child development and psychology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
