📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Shimadzu medical equipment.
• Conduct on-site training and workshops for healthcare professionals.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure smooth equipment installation and commissioning.
• Monitor equipment performance and provide regular maintenance recommendations.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in medical technology and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in medical equipment support or a similar role.
• Certification in medical equipment calibration (e.g., CE Mark, FDA compliance).
• Proficiency in Shimadzu medical equipment software (e.g., Shimadzu LabSuite, Shimadzu LabSolutions).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Valid work visa for Bali, Indonesia.
