📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct risk assessments and emergency drills to ensure preparedness and compliance with safety regulations.
• Respond to emergencies promptly, coordinating with local authorities and emergency services to mitigate risks.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans for port and marine facilities.
• Provide first aid and emergency medical assistance as needed.
• Monitor and maintain safety equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards.
• Train and educate personnel on emergency procedures and safety protocols.
• Document all emergency incidents and actions taken, providing detailed reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Emergency Management, Fire Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in emergency response or a similar role.
• Certification in First Aid and Advanced Emergency Medical Training (AEMT).
• Knowledge of emergency response protocols and procedures.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and standards for port and marine facilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in high-stress situations.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive emergency vehicles.
