🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.
