In this role, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure they are communicated effectively to all stakeholders.,Oversee the work of junior engineers and technicians, providing guidance, support, and mentorship as needed.,Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and address any issues or concerns.,Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, construction, and quality assurance, to ensure projects are completed successfully.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve project outcomes.,Ensure all projects comply with relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations and standards.,Prepare and submit project reports, including progress updates, final reports, and lessons learned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects.,Strong knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and standards.,Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop junior engineers.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.,Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies, such as AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera, or MS Project.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
