Develop and execute product strategy for our ecommerce and marketplace platforms.Work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and roadmaps.Drive product development and launch new features and products.Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement.Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align product strategy with business goals.Monitor product performance and metrics to ensure business objectives are met.Lead and mentor junior product managers and other team members.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ecommerce and marketplace platforms.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the ecommerce or marketplace industry.Strong understanding of ecommerce and marketplace platforms and their technical and business aspects.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Fluency in English, both written and spoken.Experience with project management tools and methodologies.🛠️ Keahlian
