📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement safety programs and procedures to ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks.,Provide safety training and education to employees to promote a safe work environment.,Investigate accidents and incidents to determine their causes and implement corrective actions.,Maintain and update safety documentation and records.,Collaborate with management and other departments to ensure the effective implementation of safety measures.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to safety and health.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in safety and health management in a manufacturing or industrial environment.,Certification in Safety Management or a related field is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian safety regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work effectively in a team and individually.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with safety software and tools is a plus.
