In this role, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs aligned with company goals and employee development needs.,Deliver training sessions both in-person and virtually, ensuring high-quality and engaging content.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and department heads to identify training needs and objectives.,Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant feedback, and program evaluations.,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and trends to continuously improve training programs.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of training facilitators when necessary.,Provide support and guidance to employees on career development and training opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies, assessment tools, and learning technologies.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
