In this role, you will be responsible for managing our procurement processes, ensuring that we source high-quality products at competitive prices. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our company's growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Source and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure we have access to a wide range of products at competitive prices.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure favorable terms for our company.,Track and analyze procurement spend to identify areas for cost savings and improvement.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient procurement operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
