📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems and networks.,Provide technical support to employees via email, phone, and in-person.,Install, configure, and update software and hardware.,Monitor system performance and security.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures.,Train and assist employees with IT-related tasks.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and operating systems.,Familiarity with IT security best practices and protocols.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English.,Experience with remote work is a plus.
