📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Conduct job interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to identify potential candidates.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
