📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and job descriptions to ensure accurate and comprehensive job postings.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to identify the best candidates for our organization.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews and providing feedback to candidates.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and employment agencies.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure our organization remains competitive.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and progress towards hiring goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian is a plus.
