📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.
  • Manage the accounting team, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to support business growth.
  • Conduct financial audits and ensure internal controls are in place.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest accounting trends and regulations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
