📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities.,Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and forecasts to management.,Train and mentor junior sales representatives to ensure consistent performance.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and promotions.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand the company's reach.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques, CRM software, and market trends.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
