📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the operations of the distribution network in the assigned region, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the performance of the distribution network, including route optimization, vehicle maintenance, and driver training.,Manage a team of area managers and support staff, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure they meet their performance targets.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations, and maintain a safe and secure working environment.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, and resolve any issues that may arise.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects, and contribute to the development of the company's overall strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in the logistics or distribution industry.,Strong knowledge of the distribution network and the ability to develop and implement effective strategies to improve its performance.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
