📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee staff scheduling and performance, ensuring high levels of customer service.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.,Monitor branch finances and prepare regular reports for senior management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Organize and lead team meetings to discuss performance and improvements.,Plan and execute branch events and promotions to enhance customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a retail or service industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Fresh graduates with a strong academic record and relevant internship experience are also encouraged to apply.
