📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records and HR documents.,Support the HR Manager in organizing and coordinating HR events and activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Handle employee relations and address any HR-related issues or concerns.,Support the HR Manager in conducting performance reviews and appraisals.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll and benefits information.,Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the HR field.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
