📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the distribution of essential healthcare supplies and services to the community.,Ensure timely and efficient delivery of healthcare supplies to healthcare facilities and community health workers.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels of healthcare supplies to prevent shortages and overstocking.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the distribution process and enhance efficiency.,Collaborate with healthcare providers, community health workers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective distribution of healthcare services.,Conduct regular assessments of the distribution process to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to healthcare supply distribution.,Provide training and support to community health workers on the proper use and distribution of healthcare supplies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare supply chain management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and guidelines relevant to the distribution of healthcare supplies.,Excellent organizational and project management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.,Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for inventory management and data analysis.,Familiarity with the local healthcare system and community health workers in Canggu.
