📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, organizing, and conducting of training sessions and workshops.,Prepare training materials, including handouts, presentations, and other relevant documents.,Support the Training Officer in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.,Assist in the coordination of training schedules and logistics.,Provide administrative support to the training department.,Assist in the development and maintenance of training records and databases.,Support the Training Officer in managing training budgets and expenses.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of trainers and facilitators.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development or a related field.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.,Familiarity with training management software is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
