📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the retail sales operations to ensure smooth and efficient daily transactions.,Provide excellent customer service to both walk-in customers and online shoppers.,Stock and organize merchandise to maintain a well-presented retail space.,Assist in preparing and processing orders for delivery or pickup.,Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.,Promote products and services to attract and retain customers.,Assist in training new employees and maintaining a positive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using sales and inventory management software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.,Flexible and willing to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Passionate about coffee and food products.
