📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to schedule further interviews.,Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and job postings.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and best practices.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including coordinating travel arrangements and managing interview schedules.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and coordinating orientation sessions.,Provide support to the recruitment team in maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace environment.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment metrics and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
