As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our stores in the Badung area. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our stores are running smoothly, meeting sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of assigned stores, ensuring they are running efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Manage and develop a team of store managers and staff, providing training and support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and address any issues.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to promote sales and attract new customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Represent the company at industry events and meetings.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the fashion or general merchandise industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple stores and driving sales growth.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer trends.
  • Ability to travel frequently for store visits and meetings.
