📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products and services,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy,Create user guides, manuals, and other reference materials to support our customers,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Work with the marketing team to create marketing collateral and other promotional materials,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail,Experience with technical documentation tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
