📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events from start to finish.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure all event logistics are in place.,Manage event budgets and ensure they are adhered to.,Supervise and train banquet staff to ensure high-quality service.,Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.,Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed during events.,Handle any event-related issues or complaints professionally and efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet event management.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Knowledge of event planning software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
