📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures,Prepare and serve meals and beverages according to the guest's preferences,Organize and manage the villa's daily schedule and activities,Maintain the cleanliness and order of the villa,Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally,Assist with the preparation and serving of special events or celebrations,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high standard of hospitality,Work closely with the villa staff to ensure smooth operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Butler or in a similar role,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong organizational and time management skills,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment,Fluent in English and Indonesian,Ability to handle confidential information with discretion,Physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects,Experience in luxury hospitality or high-end service is a plus
