JUNCTION Indonesia is looking for an experienced Outlet Manager to join our team in Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day operations of the store to ensure smooth and efficient running.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.,Train and develop staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor sales targets and implement strategies to achieve and exceed them.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Manage relationships with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of goods.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing store operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior is a plus.
