📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based drinks, milk-based beverages, and specialty coffee drinks
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and milk frothers
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Assist in inventory management and restocking coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers and addressing their needs with a smile
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures
• Contribute to the café's overall atmosphere by promoting a welcoming and enjoyable environment for customers
• Assist in special events and promotions, such as barista competitions or themed days

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Barista or similar role in a café or restaurant setting
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques, including espresso, pour-over, and other specialty coffee drinks
• Familiarity with commercial-grade coffee equipment and maintenance procedures
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg)
• High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in coffee brewing or barista skills a plus
